Thank you for your purchase from our store. Please note that we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment. Mykonos Home décor wants you to enjoy your piece as soon as possible. In stock items are typically ready to ship within 4 to 5 business days.

For our custom drapery, lead time for made-to-order drapes is generally 4 to 6 weeks once payment is complete, depending on availability of the fabric. Most of our fabrics are in stock and made in Greece. A full payment is required prior to commencement and delivery of all work and items associated with your order. Since each drape is handmade to your specifications, sometimes curating the item may take a little bit longer than the original time quoted.

Our fabrics are typically available and ready to ship from Greece within 10 business days.

For custom sculpture orders, Mykonos Home Decor will keep you abreast of the progress regarding production of your piece. Lead time for custom sizes is approximately 8 to 12 weeks arriving from Greece. Please note that lead times may slightly differ depending on the season.


When your order is ready to ship, our team will pack and ship it to the shipping address provided with your order. All orders ship from the studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.A. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination location. We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes (no street address) due to shipping restrictions. We are not responsible for incorrect address or delivery related restrictions or challenges.

A phone number is required with your billing address to meet shipper requirements. You will receive a confirmation of shipping with a shipper tracking number, so that you can follow the package in transit.

Please note that all duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient, and vary by country, depending on size, shipping cost, and other factors.

Expedited shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping and can be quoted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to adjust the final cost of shipping and handling based on extra costs incurred.

In the event that your piece is damaged in shipping, our team will handle the claim and re-make your order on a priority basis. In order to eligible to receive this service, we must receive photos of the damaged piece(s), the outer packaging and any damages to the box and packaging within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date.


Thank you for purchasing a Mykonos Home Decor work of art. We produce ceramic, porcelain and bronze sculptures and functional art of the finest quality material inspired by the beauty of Greece. All of our sculptures are wheel thrown and hand cut. Everything is done by eye, without molds or templates. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we require a detailed account of why you are unhappy with the piece documenting any deviations you experienced from the original understanding of the product ordered. We reserve the right to review your account and make a determination at that time whether the replacement request is feasible or not. Rest assured that as our customers are very important to us, we will typically be more than happy to replace your item, except on seconds, sale, custom and commissioned items. Mykonos Home Décor wants you to love your new art. Standard pieces on Quick Ship and made-to-order are accepted for exchange within 30 days after receipt of items. Refunds and exchanges are made for product price only. Shipping and rush charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. All sales are final on sale, custom items.

To request a return or exchange, use our return and exchange form below. Goods must be received back at our studio within 30 days of return or exchange approval to be eligible for refund or exchange. Items received without approval or outside the return and exchange window will be refused and/or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. All exchanges sent back to Mykonos Home Decor must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip and a detailed account of the reason of return.

Mykonos Home Decor is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when shipping a return or exchange, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship with tracking via a trusted carrier. Anastasio via Mykonos Home Decor will notify you via email when your return or exchange is received and processed.
